If you’ve watched the iconic show Coronation Street, there’s no way you missed the star Steven Arnold, who portrayed the role of Ashley Peacock in it. To date, the soap opera remains to be his biggest project, through which he was nominated for many accolades, including the Best Actor at the National Television Awards.
He spent nearly fifteen years with the show and left it on a high note. Steven is now enjoying a much-deserved retirement from acting. Although, some reports suggest that he is presently working for a British cable company.
Susan Tully – Now 54
The name Susan Tully might not be familiar to you, but your parents will probably recognize this English actress as one of the original cast members of the popular British soap opera Eastenders.

However, Susan developed a love for working behind the scenes on television and that is where she is still shining to this very day. Her directing skills have earned her much critical acclaim and she’s responsible for giving life to many a different episode since the early nineties! We cannot even begin to imagine what it’s like to be Michael French, who left BBC‘s EastEnders in 1996, moved on to a sister show, and yet his fans still kept demanding for his return to the soap opera. Now that’s support and loyalty that only a few entertainers get to enjoy.

To think that this star had at one point given up on acting! So, being a regular in theater and television series, we can say that French is a beloved personality. His last TV appearance was in 2014, but the thespian is only in his fifties, so there’s a good chance he’s only taking a break.

When she landed the lead role in Mary Poppins perhaps she didn’t know that it would be the defining moment of her entire life, leading her to eternal stardom. Andrews lent her vocals to the animated films Shrek and Despicable Me and in 2000, she became a Dame, a title granted by Queen Elizabeth II, recognizing her contributions to the world of performing arts. Andrews was married to Tony Walton until 1967.

She’s an English actress who grew up during World War II and she has been keeping pretty good health at age 88. Maggie Smith has been cast in two of the most popular English productions, Downton Abbey and Harry Potter. David Attenborough – Now 95

David Attenborough is a natural historian and broadcaster whose voice is recognized worldwide. Attenborough has collaborated, extensively, with the BBC Natural History Unit as a presenter and writer, and he began working for BBC right after he completed his military service. He earned a Primetime Emmy two years in a row, from 2018, recognizing his talents as an Outstanding Narrator. Attenborough collaborated with the World Wide Fund for Nature and other writers in 1983 on environmentally-themed musicals. Unfortunately, he suffered from heart problems and had to receive a pacemaker in 2013 to solve his condition. He is now 95 years old and going strong.

Connie Steven started acting in 1957 in a teen movie called, Young and Dangerous. She then got to act in Rock-A-Bye Baby. In the same year, she signs two 7 years contract with both Paramount and Warner Bros. Connie is well-known for her role in Hawaiian Eye, as “Cricket” Blake. She starred in many movies, including Susan Slade, Grease 2, Hawaiian Eye, Palm Springs Weekend, and Scorchy. She also has a music career and made her first album in 1958 called Concetta. Her recent acting was in By the Rivers of Babylon as Meredith. Connie has 2 children with her first husband.

Philip Michael Thomas was a well-known actor and musician before her retired in 2011. Most would know him from a 1980s television show called Miami Vice as a detective name, Ricardo Tubbs. Philip started active in the Hollywood world in 1972 and his first remarkable role was in a 1975 animated crime film, Coonskin, but his career in Miami Vice was what changed his life. He then appeared in numerous advetistments and television movies and was also the voice of Lance Vance in the Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories video game before permenantly retired. His music career was also good as he had realeased several tracks titled, Living the Book of My Life, Just the Way I Planned It Somebody, and also, My, My, My, Miam…I. It is noteable to know that Philip is a nonsmoker, nondrinker and also a vegetarian which is why he is 72 and also healthy.

Lee Majors was all the rage through the 60’s and 70’s -so you’d definitely had to come across him one way or another! The star exploded to fame after taking on the major role in The Six Million Dollar Man, a character that earned him serious recognition. Majors then went on to portray Colt Seavers in the TV action series The Fall Guy; a hit TV show that premiered in 1981. It’s no secret with his dashing good looks and charming personality that Lee Majors went on to earn the hearts of many young women in his lifetime.
